Brazilia Skin Care UTC is excited to welcome SAN DIEGO SKIN, owned by  board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Mark Mofid, to our salon. Dr Mofid is certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
