Cancellation Policy

ALL appointments that are 45min or longer require a credit card to secure the booking. We require 24 hour notice to make changes or cancel to avoid the cancellation fee. Your credit card will be charged if there is a no-show or last minute cancellation to compensate the esthetician.

Promotions, Gift Certificates & Packages

Gift Certificates, packages, promotions and discounts can not be combined, applied as credits, towards gratuity or refunded. Must be redeemed at location purchased.

We protect your information offline. VIP List Email Policy

Brazilia Skin Care abides by the following rules for those subscribed to our VIP email list:

  • No more than 2 emails will be sent per month.
  • Email addresses and other data will not be shared with anyone else outside of Brazilia Skin Care.

Unsubscribe

Members of Brazilia’s VIP email list can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the Unsubscribe link included at the bottom of each and every VIP email.

This link will permanently remove your email address from all lists we have.

Automated text message policy

By providing Brazilia with your cellphone number at the time of booking, you agree to receive automated text messages from Brazilia, including any persons or entities using that number. These text messages will include appointment reminders, client consent forms, loyalty points, monthly specials, and more.
