Derma planing is a form of exfoliation where dead skin cells and built up materials are removed from the skin with a blade called a dermatome.
Derma planing has a number of benefits over traditional peels, most notably that no chemicals are used in the process. Also, unlike peels, your skin is not left red and inflamed after derma planing.
